Disappointed by MTN South Africa

MTN South Africa is still debiting my account for a home Router which I have send back to them because there was no coverage. this is frustrating me, how can I be assisted. I am very angry and disappointed with MTN South Africa and I will never recommend anyone on Earth to buy MTN services/ products Regards Ntombifuthi ***
