Disappointed

I have been patiently waiting for my refund from MTN to no avail, you don’t return my emails and my call keeps getting cut. R789 is a lot of money for you to just wrongfully debit and then ignore my emails. I have been in contact with Philisiwe Ndamase in your billing department previously about an older refund, I have also asked for assistance with this refund and no response. My contract has been cancelled
