Disappointed

I'm so disappointed on MTN SA network, the coverage on where I stay sucks and I first complained on X they sent me instructions on how to reset the network settings I did that it was working until the problem started again I called them they said they fixing the network pole and the network pole I'm using is from Moleleki Ext 6 that time I'm staying at Vosloorus Ext 28 okay fine they also gave me other instructions on how to reset the network again... Now I'm enough of this thing complained again on X on Friday about the network connectivity and they still gave me other instructions and they don't work, tried calling *** it redirects me straight to mtn emergency center even when I call the customer care service 083135 still the same thing mind you I have my personal sim and a contract sim and I pay on time every month without fail to only have network issues and also I'm a student and l also receive student data but it gets depleted and can't even attend classes because of the network connectivity what else should I do for this problem to be solved it is long enough now since I've endured this problem...
