Disappointed at the services received.

Hi I ordered a phone on the 23rd of August 2024, but still no delivery. They keep on sending one from pillar to post with no proper feedback on why the phone hasn't reached me as yet. I tried to cancel seeing that the phone is not coming yet they keep on sending me around to just cancel. If you guys don't want our business just say so we will use another network provider.
