DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED WITH MTN SERVICE

DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED WITH MTN SERVICE I have a data contract with MTN and it was due for upgrade. On the 2nd of December I went to Riverside MTN Store as I was interested on black Friday data special (200GB) for R299 per month. To my surprise ,the consultant told me that someone have already upgrade my contract...How or where,,,I don't know. I'm frustrated because as a contract hold ,I have to provide identification, but someone managed to do the upgrade without an identification or my finger print.I really need that data bundle for my school work, ***
