Disappointed and Frustrated with MTN - I want to cancel my expired contract

I have been trying to cancel my expired MTN contract for the past 2 week. I have sent numerous emails and contacted MTN to no avail. When I was eligible for an upgrade they called my regularly. Now that I want to cancel and go over to prepaid, I cannot get hold of anyone. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
