Disappointed and disgraced

Hi, I have also been handed over to the legal department without knowing at all. The way I found out was when I went to my bank to do queries for a loan, they advised that I was handed over. I had no knowledge at all, no letters, no invoices and no call from MTN as well. <br> <br> Now i have bad credit record, and also I am a single mother, when I called MTN I asked if I can work out a payment plan they advised me that I need to contact the legal department. The number they gave me stays engaged and I have been trying for a week now. <br> <br> Can I please find out what I need to do to remove my name from the legal department please, As I need to know to start looking for a place to stay
