Disappointed

I'm complaining about MTN's terrible service and misleading sale. - I was sold a phone with 84% battery capacity, no wireless charging, and a sweat bubble 🫧 at the back. - They didn't disclose the phone was pre-used. - I've been trying to cancel the contract since morning, stuck in a loop with transfers to wrong departments and wrong details claims.
