Disappointed

Mtn at southdale disappointed me today when I went to report that my phone was hacked , instead of them to block the number they asked me to pay R70.00 for sim swap , that didn't have that R70.00 they did help me now this person is still using that number and all in all 5 people from my contacts have been ****med , Now i don't know what to do
