Disappointed

have a contract with MTN for many years. I upgraded in 2021 to a Samsung A32 and a Samsung watch active on 05/11/2021. The watch gave problems, and we took it back to MTN Eikestad mall 2 times and till this day never got it back yesterday when we query this again, they said it has been discarded and we should contact Samsung they never email me or anything we felt like we were a nuisance to them. I am still paying for a watch that we barely had the benefit of. I am utterly disgusted by the way we were treated, and we have been reliable/loyal clients of MTN for years.
