Disappointed..

I went to the store to do an upgrade later I was told the server was giving them problems. So I left the store without the device.. To my surprise they deducting money every month in my account of which I don't have the contract with them.. Went to the store several times only to be told its been escalated so they can refund me back it's now 5 months now... I don't know how they keep deducting if I don't have the phone. Don't have a contract with them
