Disappointed
Oppo has disappointed me once again. I upgraded my contract with MTN in Clearwater mall mid February , I was reluctant on taking the Oppo device but I was promised that the phones are now much more reliable. I than proceeded with the deal that supposed to come with an Oppo watch, which I was told that the watch will come two weeks later... I kept on following up on the watch, I was told around the 16 -18 March the device should arrive. It is already the 25 and there is still nothing. I was out running errands,I ask mtn again today, I was told they will let me know!!!

27 Mar 2026, 21:58No response from Oppo and MTN. I received the Watch today from MTN clear water mall but not the Oppo watch X2, I was given a cheaper watch, Jaua watch R. This is very disappointing. I could have taken my business rather to Vodacom as they always deliver as per their promise.
