Disappointed

It's been 14days since I signed up for a business/ corporate deal. I have not yet received the 30 gig that I part of the promo. I called 083135 numerous times, I received references, but no one can help. They asked that I go back to the branch where I opened the contract, I did, the branch captured the complaint and gave me a reference number. I emailed business customer care. To my shock the response is there is no such promo, I emailed the the June booklet with the promo. Today they say I must go back to the consultant.

14days later, is this the standard of your customer service? Why put products in promo if you can't provide?
