I renewed my contract in April (upgrade) to the Samsung s7. The phone I got was faulty from the word go and heated up terribly. I called customer service and told them about it. They told me my phone would be collected by Rtt as I upgraded online. Needless to say my phone was never collected. I then took it in to MTN at Carnival only to be told he can take my phone but can't help me. I must take matter up online. I handed in my phone. He had the audacity to tell me that because I am lazy by upgrading online instead of standing at a store like other people he cannot help me and I must take it up online. Which I did and the cancelled my contract in writing to mtn on the 04 April. Needless to say the money still goes off my account every month and Noone bothers to call or email me back. I have emails and reference numbers and no feedback from mtn other than it is with their legal department. I did nothing wrong and am the one who is being inconvenienced. This is beyond ridiculous and extremely disappointing as I have had my contract with mtn for years. I just want this NIGHTMARE to end.
