I am totally disappointed with MTN

I've been with mtn since 2002 with a prepaid number is *** .

I have been experiencing coverage issues for the past three weeks and now my number has been suspended (It gives an automated massage that the suscriber dailed is. not available at present)

It's been a 3 weeks now, I can't make or receive calls. I called mtn call centre number 135. The call center Agents are clueless on the matter including their call center supervisors, all I get is I will escalate the matter above and none of the Supervisors call back.

I've never received a call from anyone at MTN to explain what's the matter instead today when I called 135 (14/03/22), call center agent told me my number is being investigated if for what Lindiwe couldn't tell me because she doesn't know.

I asked her what's gonna happen to my minutes that I bought because I can't make calls will they expire on the date, while I'm stuck with no calls, she doesn't know.

I. urgently need assistance.
