Disappearing Yellobucks/Bad responce from MTN

MTN is truly a joke. I tried to transfer 3000 Yellobucks from one number to another. Sure enough the other number was debited of 3000 Yellobucks, but it never went through to the other number. I waited, nothing. So I called MTN. Whoooo what a hassle! First these consultants will tell you to call again coz their system is not responding(thats after spending 10 minutes on the phone with them) . One guy by the name of Sandile gave me a number and said to call that number,i I call, and to my shock, I'm on the phone with TymeBank. Like ***!!! I called about 15 times throughout 3 days. Eventually this one lady said she had open a "case" told me I would be receiving feedback ASAP, possibly my 3000 Yellobucks would be credited back. I asked how would I know, she said they would call AND send a msg. Sure enough some 3-5 days later I received a message saying that my issue had been resolved!!!!! Im truly fed up with you guys shame. I wod always vouch for MTN wen everyone would say you guys are ********. Here I am, stand ****med by you... 🚮🚮
