Disappearing data - MTN worst service provider

For the last few months my data has been mysteriously disappearing. I literally tried everything on my side to save data through restricting background data, turning off mobile data during the day and only using WiFi in the evenings at home, with no luck. Data would disappear everyday.

I thought this would just be on the recurring data I receive every month and loaded 100MB on my phone. With no surprise the data disappeared after a day.

I have been struggling with MTN now for 3 months. With some response on Hellopeter, which I think is just to say that they do respond to people on here. Their client services is horrible compared to Vodacom.

This article seems accurate. Unfortunately I still have 2 contracts at MTN that needs to run for a year and half. I will be closing all my contracts at MTN once they come to term.

I hope that people do their research thoroughly when deciding on a service provider.
