Disappearing data

Twice I have loaded 1GB of data and both times it "disappears" . This is crazy as the first time I was asleep and it "disappeared" overnight and the second time within 15 minutes of loading. At these times while we are in lockdown no one can afford to throw away R198 and get nothing in return.
