Disappearing Data Bundles

I'm fed up with MTN, im definately not updrading end of the year and I'm getting a cell c sim card today. I bought 2 gig data bundle last Wednesday and it got finished last night. I call the call centre and I just get cut. A week ago my R280 airtime also disappeared. I don't understand how that happened because I use wifi from work during the day and only my data after hours. How does a 2 gig data bundle disappear in 5 days? I used to buy 2 gig and it would a month, why is this happening?
