DISAPPEARING DATA!!!!!
I keep purchasing data for my phone, and within 5 minutes the data is gone! This has started happening in the last four days. Everything that could use cellular data is switched off. I have wifi at home and at work, this is impossible. I have a ref no. where this has been reported - ***. Kindly address this as a matter of urgency as I am now also unable to use my iMessage. I have read numerous reports regarding this issue on the internet as well as it being investigated by the NCC.

The request has been finalized, on the system we do not pick up that the data Disappear immediately. The internet has been used and we pick up normal depletion. This is the bytes used on internet from the time you have loaded the 100MB. (Recharged 100MB 2016-01-19 07:14 and 100MB finished 2016-01-19 17:06.)
