Disappearing Data
<p>I have had such issues with MTN of late. my data disappears rapidly. I bought 2gigs of data 2 weeks ago on the 1st July and a few days later it was gone. I then bought 1 gig of data on Monday and **** today gone, like magic. today at 13h00 I bought 200mb of data, and this disappeared within minutes of having loaded it. I then loaded another 75mb and that didnt last more than 5 minutes. mind you, I have reduced my usage of social media, only limiting my use to Whatsapp, MTN really needs to do something about this otherwise I will switch networks as fast as thier data disapeears.</p>

Your total usage for the invoice of July 2017 was on 15,8GB. A request for an Itemised Bill and URL report will be logged and send to you so you can identify some of the sites using your bundle.
An email will be send to you for security verifications before these reports can be send to you.
Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.
