Disappearing airtine

In 3 days I bought R300 airtime. With that, I repaid my advance. Another 2 days later again ALL my airtime was gone. Within a week, I bought R300 airtime. And MTN does not respond to ANY of my queries. Even my mother’s airtime disappears and she hardly uses her phone. Stop *****ing our airtime🤬🤬
