Disappearing Airtime

Every time I load airtime i get charged for JS1 Lotto WAP or other WAP subscriptions. Even though I reply no to the subscription and then ensuring everything is cancelled by calling *155#

I've blocked all future charges and subscriptions by dialing *155# and selecting the applicable options. Yet, the subscriptions are still coming through and my airtime is still being deducted.

Screenshots and videos have been taken and I'm referring the matter to ICASA. My attorney has been contacted to esquire if a case of ***** can be opened against MBT.
