Disappearing Airtime

On the 17th March 2022, around 13:22 called the prepaid call centre, enquiring about my airtime that disappeared, the lady asked me to call *** so that they can give me my ITB then refund me, I just felt that she was passing this query because she doesn't know what transpired. May I please get my airtime back because the last usage was me transferring R15 airtime to my son's number and nothing else. Kindly refund to *** which is where the airtime disappeared from. Mazizi
