Disappearing airtime

<p>I bought airtime on saturday and transfered half of it to my daughter. It was depleted on my number but didnt reflect on her number. I waited and waited but still nothing when i called the call centre i cant seem to get to the agents. I have been trying them for the whole week to no vail except getting the smses that she needs to recharge to get 100% of whatever she recharges with back. What is happening mtn? Please help boooo.</p>
