I wish there was an option for no star. Someone took a cellphone contract against my wife's name at Mondo. The contract is for MTN. We have been doing affidavit like they have requested, still no help. Today my wife was told to go and open a case at SAPS, my question is, who do we open the case against. We had to hold for 12min before they can tell us that Nobuhle is not available. I mean this is ridiculous. I wonder who owns this business, This is not fair on us.
