disapointing service

Over a month ago I went to the store to do my usual upgrade, and was supposed to upgrade my current Internet/Data package from standard 3G to LTE. After doing the upgrade I had to replace the sim card of the router. Without any instruction from the consultant I did this and unfortunately got the micro sim card stuck in the router. Took it back to the store the next day to ask for assistance. I was informed that it has to be sent off for repairs. I then let this happen, and then went on to wait almost a month to get any feedback. <br> About a week ago I received the router back, and was told that sim card had to be destroyed to remove it. I then went on to pay another R130 for a new sim card. Now I am waiting on my data contract to be activated due to the fact that there is some error on my number/package. Due to the detail I would like to add in my report there is more to this than I am reporting here. I have asked to speak to the area manager of the store, and logged a complaint via email, even went on to Twitter to ask MTN services to hear me out. I'm not getting clear answers from the store and no response from MTN direct.
