DISAPOINTING MTN ONLINE SERVICE!! REWARDS CO

I have upgraded online....what a joke!! I did three upgrades the same day, within three days I had my Vodacom handset. Four weeks later my one MTN handset...it is now 12 weeks later and I still don't have my other MTN handset. I spoke two weeks back with an MTN consultant who promised me that I will have my handset this week by Wednesday...another joke, it is Friday, no sms...no email....no handset. I phoned the courier services, they still don't have a parcel to deliver for me...

REALLY MTN ONLINE....RIDICILOUS!!!
