Disapointed by mtn services on my phones issue.

I bought a cobtract cellphone in August and i used for hardly two weeks ,isaw an ink on the screen so i took it back to mtn shop where they told me to wait for my first payment before they can take it to repairs then i waited for the 25th of August for my pament to go through. After that i brought back the phone they said to me they booking it for repairs it stayed there for two months and there's was no one contacted me or told me anything until i decided to there and ask them for the update,they told me that the phone was having a liquid damage and they said they are booking it for insurence because i have insurance when i asked why they waited this long because i have already signed all the insurance papers i got no straight unswer till now the phone is not repaired yet and last time i tolked to the insurance they told me that they want the report that is saying the phone had liquid damage and i called an mtn sales lady to email the report because they are the ones that they are having the report. Now its the en of December my phone is not repaired and no one contacted me for anything and the phone is still with me not working .
