Disapointed at MTN`s service

Its with great regret that i have decided to leave MTN after 17year with them and using the same number,as i received poor service regarding SIM Swap, i was recently gifted with a new cellphone that uses a NANO sim, i bought a new starter pack and tried to do the sim swap myself and honestly i failed the questionaire, i then called still failed so i was advised to contact the store and i did a gentleman assisted and i was told it will take 24hours so i waited from thursday till today my sim swap hasnt been activated this morning i call again and i was advised that i need to go back to the store...what angers me the most is 1. their sim swap verification process, 2. the number i was doing a sim swap for is one that i use for business, so ive decided to port to another network.
