Disapeared Airtime

07 August 2018 0n the 27 July 2018 MTN experienced a problem with their services, my minutes, data and sms disappeared, i called they said they are working on the problem it will be resolved soon, they gave me 100MB and R100 airtime as an apology in the mean time trying to sort the matter, after few day they returned only the data and sms, no minutes, I reported that, they said the matter has been escalated, I called several times and I was told the same thing they gave me ref: ********** 95, on the 31/07/2018, they haven't resolved that till today, when i call they are telling me stories, i called again today(07/08/2018) they said the ticket was logged incorrectly, before this ref. I was given another one which I was told they cant see it on the system. please help.
