Dis-empowered customer support
This is my third review in two weeks - each one responded to, to get off the Board, but still no resolution of the problem, despite the promise of it being resolved. Basically customer support are totally dis-empowered and are basically used to deflect problems rather than to solve them It has been one of the most frustrating things to deal with polite people who are really totally unable to sort out something simple and basic Doug
