Din’t port to MTN or upgrade service

I upgraded my MTN service end of July 2024. I have had only problems since then - no internet service, bad voice quality, inability of MTN to resolve issues. Placed on hold for 28 minutes only to have call dropped. Every time I logg a call I am told that issues experienced will be escalated only to find having to repeat service issues and been send from pillar to post
