A ********** account has been opened in my name and was in arrears of about R34 000. I logged a complaint on Hellopeter and Dinesh Kowlasar was the MTN representitive to pick up my query.

He also kept me updated with the progress, Where MTN's legal failed by Claire Walker (in legal department at MTN) and Ishfahaan Vithaldas (Collections Supervisor at MTN), Dinesh quickly changed my entire view on the inefficiency of MTN's administration and staff. He proceeded to give me clearance letters and necessary docs needed to clear my name WITHOUT me asking!
