Digusted with pertatic service rended mtn useless

I uploaded a complaint about data promised when i load airtime. The lady fron MTN responded that i would receive a message with more information that i required. To date i havent received the IM or even a phone call. But i received another message wrt the same promotion. If this is the way they treat their customer then iam wasting my time with a mobile network that has not fathemed the customer centric business. I hope that people read my review and stay away from shady companies like MTN. Petatic digisting service.....
