Difficulty in receiving my refund.

MTN has been overcharging and overbilling me, my monthly subscription is R959 but MTN has been taking R1339.

Now i am fighting for my refund and no one is helping me.

I keep on getting reference number after reference number, the only thing the consultants do is apologize and tell me my case is still open, but after a few minutes i receive an email saying the case has been closed.

I called *** and the lady i was speaking to so rude, she hand up on me, while i was explaining my dispute.

This has been going on for months now.

May i please get my refund back.
