Difficulty in cancelling contract.

I called MTN to cancel my contract and I have been given the run around after calling 4 times and speaking to 4 different agents. One of the agents kept refusing to cancel the contract trying to offer me a data contract which i persistently refused. I have been put on hold for a long duration without the agent coming back or getting transferred with no one picking up the call. I am frustrated just to cancel a contract
