Difficulty cancelling a contract

<br> I have been trying to cancel MTN contract over a month now and the contract is due/ends in June 2015, I have followed all procedures by calling 808 and the machine answering as there's a high volume of calls. I always waited on the line for an agent to respond for about 20 minutes with no responce. I went to Menlyn MTN branch for their assistance unfortunately was told that the only option to cancel a contract is to call 808 number which was never went through when i call and the service provider at the store said there's nothing they can do to assist me.<br> <br> This morning the call center is closed, What about our needs as customers really now?<br> <br> Please im asking you MTN to cancel my contract to be due on June 2015, I really cant afford to continue with you as im already listed under Debt Review and im really struggling financially. We have signed a contract from 2013 and now is 2015. Asseblief im begging you guys<br>
