Different version of Products given to customers

I have recently app**** for a cellphone Contract at MTN Mall@Reds for a Huawei P10 Lite after seeing what my friend had gotten a week earlier, my friend had received his contract from another MTN branch in Pretoria. I have received my contract on 22/09/2017, I received the version which has 3gb of RAM and single sim, whereas my friend has received the version which has 4gb of RAM and is also Dual Sim, i contacted the branch and they told me that there is nothing that they can do, as there is no fault with the phone. As a customer i feel ********** and not at all happy with what i have received.
