Different answers from different consultants

Am having a problem with my data and each an every time when I call MTN I got different answers which I don't understand which is which always when I seek answers they will promise to call back or send me email but I've never received any feedback

may you please check all the calls / recordings made from ********** 951 starting from the 25 April 2018 when I upgraded my contract and respond on all the feedbacks I got from Mtn consultants, & still confused about the different answers I got not even sure what's going to happen after the 14th of June. If you really care about your customers definitely I will get feedback on this
