diepslootMALL useless franchise ,MTN of shame

I went to one of your walk in center store in diepsloot mall,i got there 16:20pm by 16:30pm one of thew consultant closed the door for customers not to come in ,in anyways the store is supposed to close at 17:00pm but daily the door would be pushed at 16:30pm,The owner or business partner got there at 16:36pm and was locked outside and they rushed to open the door for him,and he open the door.i was made to sit there for 30 minutes without being attended while a lady in soft dreadlocks was saying her system (additional) is hanging while her colleagues systems were online,what annoys me is she turned every client away telling they are approved but not asking for help from her colleagues.

however,she was loud in deep sepedi saying the door should be closed they wanna leave and she is toxic to clients and spiting bile.the guy with beard who promised to attend me he forgot about me and listened to office gossip mongers. Diepsloot MTN Franchise its been run like a stokvel or taxi rank no sense of client orientation service,this lady work station was mixed up like noordt with clients confidential documents while she distract her colleagues with nonsense of gossips. diepsloot is a useless franchise not helpful to clients managed by cheque collectors
