Didn't deliver what they promise

I played a competition on twitter and MTN send me a message that I was selected as winner, won 5 tickets for me and my friends to go watch MTN 8 match, but they didn't bother sending me details on where I'll get my tickets, when i send them a message on twitter they didnt bother replying. Im really disappointed in them.
