Did not receive extras advertised

I upgraded my contract to a Samsung galaxy note 8 today for 799pm . The leaflet says that I will receive a 4000 voucher on Samsung rewards as well as 300 off a purchase of a Samsung accessory. I have received nothing . Please help me asap

Hi . I have now seen on the rewards app that the 4000 voucher has been allocated , but I still don't have the R300 voucher for a Samsung accessory. The branch was the rustenburg De Anker branch . The ladies are very friendly there and helped me a lot . I'm just enquiring about the extras as promised in the leaflet .
