DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY STUFF AFTER UPGRADING

I did a upgrade online for a catalogue deal. I was suppose to get a watch and powerbank with. I was only deliverd the phone. After phoning around they told me to claim it on Yello Kart, however i did not even receive a voucher to claim anything.
