Did MTN become a *****ulent company?

With the shady MTN Shesha deals trying to rip customers off in the news, it's clear that they are not a trustworthy company to do business with. I bought a 200 GB super data bundle today and got 199.75 GB. The previous time it was the same! How much are they skimming of customers taking a bit here and a bit there?
