DICEPTIVE, LOCKING PEOPLE IN CONTRACTS, FALSE INFORMATION

My mother received a call from one of their tela canvas agents offering her a deal that sounded so much "sweeter" that it would be cheaper, numbers would not be changed and data would be more, she explained to the lady on the phone that she is not working and did not want her number to change or pay more than what she is currently paying, the lady on the phone reassured her that this is much more cost-effective and her number would not change, hence as to why she took the offer. This is not the case at all the bill increased significantly and the numbers changed, she wanted to cancel this and now claim she can not cancel because the 10 day period has passed, but she had no documentation, no notifications that there was even a 10 day period, but besides that, it is not the deal that was offered in the first place and all my mothers' concerns were ignored just to lock her into a contract that is unaffordable. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE DO NOT AGREE TO TAKE ANY OF THEIR OFFERS! Now she is forced to cancel all contracts.
