My phone was collected on 29 October 2020 today is 04 November 2020. It has been 7 days in total and 5 working days when I call the insurance department the response I get everyday is my device is at the repair center busy being repaired, this is unacceptable as I use and require my phone on a daily basis as I currently work from home.
