Device insurance

I claimed my ****** device on the 27/06/2022 till today I have not received any feedback I try to call every week um being told about 7 to 14 working days my claim is under review, when I check on the app my claim is still pending, However my sim card was insured too but that claim has been processed within 3days and I am refunded . so this is the status of my claim TRACK YOUR CLAIM
