Device insurance

I submitted a claim on the 8th of March for my ****** phone. They told me that the claim is under review by their underwriter wish is Santam. For the past 2 weeks I have been waiting for their response. Whenever I call the call center they tell me that I will receive the response from the underwriter the following day. Up until now I have not received any response.
