device has been quaratined

I need MTN to explain what they mean 90 days is over. <br> I sent my device (TABLET) to them +-two months ago at Maponya Mall, as much as I took too long to collect the device I don't understand why when they checked my account on their system they did not pick up that I ran/am running out of time to collect and that if I don't my device will be destroyed. Whats even funny is that on the 1st of September I got a reminder that I should pay for declining a quote which I did on the 22nd of October. I then sent my proof of payment on the 23rd after they indicated to me that \Kindly be advised that a payment of R330.00 needs to be paid before the unit can be dispatched". I was appalled when they came back saying \""Please be advised there was a service fee payment of R330.00 that had to be made which was not made and the device has been quarantined meaning as per the terms and conditions if payment is not made within 90 days it is no longer available\"". Please tell me how is it 90 days between the 01-09-2015 and 22-10-2015 which is from the time they sent me that sms to remind me to collect. All that I want is my tablet that's all anyway I have paid the R330.00 you asked for. Ref***3 """
